We want you to love your abaya. If something is not right, we are here to help. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Size exchanges are free, you cover the return shipping and we ship the new size at no extra charge. Sale and custom stitched-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Received a wrong or damaged item? Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with a photo and we will make it right. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days of receiving the returned item.
