Most international orders arrive in 5–8 working days via DHL Express. Duties and taxes are calculated transparently at checkout — no surprise fees on delivery.

You have 14 days from delivery to request an exchange or store credit. Items must be unworn with original tags. Custom-made and clearance pieces are final sale.
Do you offer custom sizing?+
Yes — many of our abayas can be tailored to your measurements. Reach out via WhatsApp or email before placing your order for a 5–7 day turnaround.
Are your fabrics tested?+
Every fabric — nidha, georgette, chiffon, modal, silk — is sourced from mills we work with directly and inspected in our Lahore atelier before cutting.
Can I pay cash on delivery?+
Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan. International orders are prepaid via card, Apple Pay or bank transfer.
